qn's to all users not working?

noticed last night that qn's to all users was not working - i.e. no all users on the combo box, just figured that it was because admin and chris were on line and doing something with qn's but it's still not working this morning ..

It was last working the last time I was on and that was when admin and Chris were on and even once afterword I was on and things were working. Hmmm. How strange.

If someone has gone into their account and turned off all quicknotes, that means you can't send them private quicknotes and they don't get the mass quicknotes either. You will have to send them a PM if you want to communicate with certain people.

logged in later and it was working fine - no idea why it wasn't working lol
